Go Live & Support
Launch your outlet with our team on standby. We remain available for operational queries, float management advice, and any Safaricom liaison after launch.
Safaricom's approval process typically takes 4–8 weeks from the date of a complete application submission. Delays are usually caused by incomplete documents or KYC verification. We prepare a complete application package to minimise back-and-forth and track progress with Safaricom on your behalf.
Commissions are earned on every deposit, withdrawal, bill payment, and transfer processed. Earnings depend on transaction volumes and your location's customer traffic. Busy outlets in commercial areas can earn KSh 30,000–100,000+ per month in commissions. We assess your location and give you a realistic income projection during the consultation.
An agent has a direct relationship with Safaricom and operates under Safaricom's agent agreement. A sub-agent operates under an existing agent and can offer M-Pesa services but within the agent's network. The registration process and capital requirements differ. We handle both — and will advise which path suits your situation during the consultation.
The minimum float to open is set by Safaricom, but we recommend starting with KSh 50,000+ for a meaningful level of service. Busy outlets need KSh 100,000–300,000 in float to serve customers without running dry. Float management is part of the training we provide.
Yes — this is common. M-Pesa services are frequently added to pharmacies, supermarkets, hardware shops, and general retail outlets. The additional foot traffic from M-Pesa customers often increases sales across your core business. We configure the outlet setup to integrate with your existing space.
As part of our ongoing support, we help you understand Safaricom's dispute resolution process and can assist in preparing documentation for transaction reversals or fraud reports. Prevention is covered in training — fraud awareness and red-flag identification are core components.
