We install dome cameras (indoor, discreet), bullet cameras (outdoor, long range), PTZ cameras (pan-tilt-zoom, wide coverage), night vision IR cameras, PoE IP cameras, and weatherproof outdoor units. All systems support DVR or NVR recording.
Yes. Every system we install includes remote viewing via iOS and Android apps. You get live feeds, recorded footage playback, motion alerts, and PTZ control from anywhere with internet access. We set up and test remote access during commissioning.
A 4–8 camera residential system typically takes 1–2 days. Commercial installations with 16+ cameras may take 3–5 days. We provide a detailed timeline after the site survey and minimise disruption to your operations throughout.
DVR (Digital Video Recorder) works with analogue cameras using separate power and video cables. NVR (Network Video Recorder) works with IP cameras that carry both video and power over a single PoE network cable. NVR systems offer higher resolution (up to 4K), cleaner installation, and more advanced features. We recommend the right system based on your site and budget.
Yes. We provide 24/7 technical support and offer maintenance contracts with scheduled preventive visits — camera cleaning, firmware updates, hard drive health checks, and rapid response to faults.
